There isn’t a chain pictured with the pendant I’m ordering. Will it come with a chain?
-Yes. All of our necklaces come with an 18” chain that is designed to match the pendant.

What kind of wrap do you use?
-All of our wire wrapping is done using jewelry grade non-tarnish wire.

What if I can’t find the stone I’m looking for?
-We always take custom request. Just use the Custom Jewelry Form to make a request and we’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

Do you really responsibly source all of your stones?
-Yes. Our stones are lovingly collected in our travels throughout the world.

Do you really work all your own stone?
-Yes. We have our own lapidary lab right outside our home.

Do these stones really do what they say they will?
-That depends. We won’t tell you what to believe, but 99.9% of what happens on this Earth all depends on our intention, now doesn’t it? If you’re skeptical, ask yourself what your intention is and if it’s true, let the stone be your talisman for that intention. Plus, no one is stopping you from wearing it just because you think it’s pretty!

We here at Get Stoned Store pride ourselves on the human element. Everything we make and send to you is touched by the owner’s hands. We care about you and your satisfaction. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Special Circumstances:

All of our stones are natural, some are more fragile than others. These stones have been dug out of the ground, polished, and made into jewelry all by human hands. Keep care not to shower before researching the water absorbency of the stone. We recommend not showering in any of our jewelry as the strength and life of natural stones is taken down by moisture over time and can affect the shape and look of your piece.

Bracelets-
For 12 months after purchase we will repair or resize any bracelet that may come apart or not fit the way we want it to any longer. Please do your best to gather all the beads as a lot of them are hand crafted and one of a kind. Send us an e-mail and we’ll send you instructions on where to send them for repair.

Necklaces-
For 12 months after purchase we will re-chain any piece that may come apart (or if you’re just interested in a different length of chain up to one time). Send us an e-mail and we’ll send you instructions on where to send them for repair.
